Dulwich Picture Gallery is a beloved landmark of South London that we don’t want to see going anytime soon! This art gallery is an independent charity who desperately needs your support to open to the public safely soon. Any donations made through their website are thoroughly appreciated and will go straight to help support the gallery. In the meantime, you can also support the gallery by taking part in their online events and exhibitions, like the British Surrealism virtual exhibition running until 1st November. Their latest exhibition is titled ‘The Listening Thing’ by Annie Whiles, where you’ll see wood carvings, drawings and embroideries from experiences by the artist, using photographs that explore the senses: this event will be running until 31st October!

Bermondsey Project Space has several exhibitions running throughout September, including Alan Rankle: Selected Works 1998 – 2020 (1 – 12 September 2020) and Freya Nash: Thresholds (15 – 19 September 2020). Rankle is known for his large scale paintings depicting incredibly designed landscapes, drawing inspiration from diverse cultures and periods. Freya Nash’s work will take you on a journey through thresholds, doorways and new beginnings as you view her innovative, performative paintings.
