Studio One is a Pilates and Movement Studio providing a variety of fitness classes. Perfectly located in between Honor Oak Park and Forest Hill Station, the studio is situated in a spectacular space – a reinvention of a 1930s warehouse featuring high ceilings and calming, Nordic-inspired lighting.
Opened in July 2016, the studio offers a wide range of services such as mat and equipment pilates, yoga, prenatal and postnatal classes, breastfeeding support, nutritional therapy and children’s movement and dance workshops.
The concept is simple: welcoming people all ages and offering specialised services for the whole family – Parents and Babies classes for example.
